The man of 2000 and beyond !!

I saw him in a credit card commercial. He wore a suit and a tie and was handsome. He was a man of business, taking control of a mega buck empire. Faraway from home, but very much in control none the less. He had just closed some mega deal which would provide jobs and prosperiety for many people. Now , he glanced at his watch only to realise how little time remained. He did not panic, did not sweat. Instead he strode purposefully to a phone, made some calls, moved heaven and earth.

Suddenly he was whisked away by a Jet - First Class - across this great country of ours. Why this tremendous rush? What was driving this pin striped warrior? Another deal? A corporate takeover? A factory on the brink of seizure? No ! Something bigger.

This man with the aid of his trusty credit card re-wrote travel history, so that he could make it to his daughter's school play. As he took his seat next to a smiling wife who never doubted for a second that he wouldn't arrive, and a alittle girl in a sunflower dress smiled a "daddy loves me" smile. The man of 200 and beyond is tough but tender, siccessful butdeeply sensitive. There's only one problem; He doesn't exist.
